The proposed Arrowtown South Private Plan Change is a privately initiated process to re-zone land from Rural General to a new Special Residential Zone.

The Plan Change request was lodged with Council on Monday 29 September 2009.

The land adjoins the southern edge of Arrowtown, and is bound by Centennial Avenue to the east and McDonnell Road to the west and Arrowtown Golf Course to the south. The land included within the plan change area is indicated in blue hatching in the image to the left or a detailed layout of the zone can be downloaded below.
